This is GORGEOUS. I don't think it would have the same oomph with a scanner. The photo really makes it look like vehicle is floating there over your desk.

Yeah, it really does look like a little spacecraft is hovering over the page. Mainly thanks to the detailed cast shadow, but the details on the ship add a lot as well. Im not very into sf, but this is artistically impressive!
