I think it's better as a photo than if you were to scan it (at least in my opinion). I tried to imagine it, but it wouldn't have such a strong impact. As a scanned image, it would show more detail and your skill at drawing by hand. But as a photo, it looks like the drawing you made has come to life - of it's own accord - and I find that absolutely amazing.

This is a proof that having a scanner is not necessary. The ship, the perspective, the concept of 3D illusion, the angle you took the picture... You did fucking well.

What details are you referring to? If there is anything bad at all in this drawing, it is completely concealed by the photography, that doesnΒ΄t take the work down in any means, by the way. Great work!
