You click the "Download" link at the right of the picture and put it into your brushes path folder (In windows it would probebly be something like "/gimp2.0/brushes"

Open the gimp file folder and look for brushes . Move the downloaded brushes into the brush folder in gimp. After doing so Close the brushes folder. And Launch gimp you shall then find your new brushes on the brushes icon

fist click on dowload file. unzip in C:\Program Files\GIMP 2\share\gimp\2.0\brushes
and open gimp and you have them
