Description
A second sibmission for ~diffuse22 's back/side lighting theme.I was hoping to get a better shot of this, but it wasn't physically possible. I waited about 2 weeks to submit this because i was waiting on another sunny day. I finally got one, took a bunch of pictures and realized I couldn't quite get the shot I wanted due to physical barriers. oh well.. I like the angle on this and the different lines in different directions.

a great shot at an interesting angle. some beautifully detailed textures. i agree, the shadows cast in lines really make this photo work, i like how the go along with the siding on the house.

Hm. You know I typically have something more constructive to say, but my mind is numb tonight. I don't know how you can improve this. I like the background, it gives some relation and further appreciation of the long shadows it cast. The angle helps the composition tremendously. Leave it the way it is, in my opinion.
By the way - I think you're the first person that recognized the Sponge song....so..yes...you're old.

i personally like the background. lets you know where the shadows are coming from. i love the lines on the floor and the perspective. the blue tone give it a cold feeling, like you're behind bars. me likes very much

Very interesting
I like:
-the texture on the ground
-the lightning, very good job, I like the overexposition on the top right
-the diagonals
-the purple/blue tint
I find the background rather distracting, maybe you could find a better place to take you picture or make them out of focus.
