Another picture taken on the same trip into the woods. This time I captured my roomate looking into the falls with him noticing, which is good because he has this goofy ass grin whenever a camera's on him. I really liked how this one came out, it's just a straight up black and white photo done with my sony cyber-shot. Minor cropping and framing in photoshop.Related content

very impressive. I like the b&w here a lot. This piece really 'makes' it's own emotions purely from the positioning of the subject and the flow of the water; no colors to disturb the atmosphere. This really is a great piece overall. Simply superb.

Great shot........it sure must of been cold as I see the icicles hanging from the cavern?? What an enjoying and peaceful picture....I like people reflecting moments such as this.

Instead of solitude I see confinement, entrapment. Your friend looks like he's trapped on a little rock in a closed space with water rushing in, quickly rising. "Where's that goofy grin now, buddy?"
