Description This shot was taken while exploring idea's for ~diffuse22 's recent back/side lighting theme. I kinda like the way it turned out.. but i had to edit some parts out and remove some flaws with the photo (hence the digital darkroom category).

My roommate’s girlfriend suggested I take some photos of this because of the textures in the pepper and the reflections in the clear glass. I took a larger then life photo of this because I find it interesting to have a small salt and pepper shaker kinda just "tower" over you.

I like the lighting on it, it makes it almost look like something other than what it is.
The overexposure in the bottom corner is a little distracting, I don't know if it can be fixed. I'd like to see the larger than life version.

I love it! The colours are incredible, and I find it hard to look away.

I have the same pepper grinder dealer thing too, so I was particularly intrigued by this photo... *narrows eyes at you in suspicion* and mine went MISSING the other day TOO...

Nice tone and light here!

The overexposure to the bottom left bothers me a little, as does the tilt of the shaker.
