"I understand that this design is created for the Chimereons "NEWS" Year NPC contest, and if my design wins the contest, I will no longer have ownership of it."

So I realised that there aren't many bat Chams, so here he is.

His name is Sonar and he mostly does the news for the night, but there are some times were he does the news with his partner,Cynthia He is pretty S M O L, standing at 4 foot 6 inches. He holds an odd relationship with his partner Sonar is oddly cheery and social in the workplace, however when on TV he acts rather serious. Due to his sensitive ears, he hears most of people's conversations, making him a bit nosey. But despite this he is very polite.

I might make him a partner since you can enter more than one submission, however I am aware that they cannot both be picked and be partners.
