Who is Techy?
Techy is a Cybernetic Bat, a former scientist from the nation-state Cyberium. She once worked for a Bionics company owned by a mega corp named Paradigm, one that aimed to heal soldiers from the long forgotten civil war. In life, she was named Vivian, a 25 year old woman with ambitions to help people, and discover new scientific breakthroughs in cybernetics and genetics. After being sick ridden with a muscular degenerative disease, Vivian undertakes a controversial procedure. The world's first organic to cybernetic transplant. Her brain and blood remain intact, but surrounding her, an agile body that can leap, prowl and sneak. Vivian, amazed at this prospect felt compelled to be able to do field research. However, an accident in the Paradigm framed her for the murder of a fellow researcher. Vivian was exiled and left to explore the ruins of the war, where she renamed herself to Techy, after her technological prowess.
