Main Information: Makarovich is the first student that Nakeiki befriends at the Holo-15 Institute of Aves (due to him being a loner prior to her arrival). Although he is clumsy, has bad eyesight and cannot fly much due to his constant neck injuries, he is extremely intelligent and likes to help Nakeiki and Hiriwai solve problems that they encounter on their way. Nakeiki and Hiriwai tend to seek him as a "hiding spot" whenever they have to hide from someone due to his height. As he wanted to show others that he isn't what they perceive him as, he forms his own cadet force in the Institute under the alias "Mr. Komandorskiye".
Backstory: Makarovich came from a well-off family who never realized that he was smarter than average. His parents were always frustrated over him due to his constant rambling about his hyperfixations.
