During my time on hiatus, I've sketched a few pictures and thought of making a new character to partner with an old character that I hardly use. So with the help of she made this perfect lil' woof girl. This pic is colored by

Name: Phoebe

Age: 21

Height: 4'9"

Species: Doggo, Cocker Spaniel

Personality: She comes off as goofy and zany.

Occupation: She's currently a fashion designer who specializes with clothes, shoes, and accessories with the vintage vibe of the 20's - 30's. Though she still misses her old job back in the filming studios where she was casted as the main star of her cartoon shorts. In other words, where she could act like herself. After the filming studios closed down, no studio wanted to hire her since the public interest for zany toons had declined, leaving her a toon for hire.

Powers and Abilities: Just like any toon, she has it all. She can be flattened, stretched, and twisted. She could also defy laws of physics and reality such as removing the outlines of other characters, breaking her fall from a high altitude by simply stepping on the breaks, and could run from one city to another in just seconds.

This is just a quick character showcase, nothing extensive like Cat's ref sheet.
