It really is! Even a band that you only semi-like...if they're coming near you in a small venue I recommend going! Because usually seeing a band live makes you like them even more! ^^ And then your chances of meeting them are pretty high!

I know seeing a band in person always makes you like them more it's an awesome experience being able to see a concert I love music so much, and if a band sounds better live then on their cd then it makes me like them even more I wish I could meet some of the members from my favorite bands

Exactly! it's so much fun to be in a room with a bunch of other people who love that band too!
That's exactly why I try to keep tabs on bands that are just starting...like, Black Veil Brides...I've known them since one of their first ever singles came out, and now going back and listening to it, the quality kind of sucks...but, I still love it! So I went to see them when they came out here and I got to meet them because they were still quite small >.< they still are pretty small! but, they're getting much more popular now...it's weird watching them "grow up"
