Personally, I think the Pyro should be more androgynous and of indeterminite nationality, since the running gag of original Pyro is that nobody has any idea what it looks like under the suit. (My headcanon: sentient, hiveminded potatoes.)

That's why personally, I think the pyro's real appearance should never be officially revealed, whatever the fans wanna make of it.
I'm not showing what I think the actual pyro really looks like here, I'm just making some fem-fortress characters for fun
I think it better stay secret. They probably never even thought about it in the first place. It's all about fans enthusiasm, wich is really really cool. Any official answer would be disappointing, but all the hypothesis are far more enjoyable (: (And I gotta say yours is quite unique

My only complaint with this one is the 'bump' she kind of has going on just behind her bangs. It makes her head seem really elongated as a result, but otherwise this is great. Again, the use of the sweet idea with a bloody weapon is such a lovely contrast! I also adore the fact that her symbol is a tattoo as opposed to just a patch on her clothes. That's definitely a nice touch!
