I think this is a very well taken shot. I really like the colors and am curious to know what studio lights you have set up. The flare in the eye is perfect, I like how it bisects the eye. If there were 2 things i would change, it would be a rearrangement or prep to the eye lashes to increase volume and maybe use photoshop to clone stam some of the blemishs on the skin. 2nd I would move the eye a little down and 2 the right. remember the photographers rules of 3rds. (a pic should be centered on a imaginary graph that split the pic into 6 quadrants, and one should place a pic on one of those usally) Over color and quality are very good nice work
