She's only the weakest servant because that good-for-nothing master shinji was her master. If Sakura stayed her full master, she'd be one of the strongest, along with Pegasus and her Gorgon form, she'd be almost unstoppable. Stupid shinji, I really hate that guy and not only for the reason I just stated >.>
