I love the rain, such great detail! But her hair doesn't actually look wet, almost like she has a force field around her head that keeps her dry and the rain is running off. Of course I assume this is not yet finished and a work in progress, so I hope you don't mind some minor criticism from someone with absolutely no artistic talent!
And I love the details in the background, like the zombie silhouette that she's looking over her shoulder at. Much nicer than a plain and simple background. It's fun to watch your art evolve and not just stay the same quality month in and month out. Some artists tend to get lazy and put out the same art style month after month and never change.
