Sounds good. Just because I like this idea better, that doesn't mean you can't do wonderful things with the wind idea. Remember how in Hunchback of Notre Dame, Frollo was singing about his lust for Esmeralda and in the fire it was an image of her dancing? I assume it would be like that. Maybe you could do something with that scene too if you decide to do one with her. Except make it more detailed and have the body shapes more defined. You know what I mean? Just an idea.
