Well, over a year later, I uploaded another version of this, in panorama view. My guess today is, that the black reflects the inside architecture of the house. The way the angle of the outside glassfront goes, it will show or deflect what is inside. I still find this one intersting - and, yeh: no edits, besides merging 6 stock photos

well i was there again two weeks ago, and looked where this black reflection comes from.

the pink and green is part of the material of the glass. the black is the reflection of the building to the right side of the house. as you can see that glass front has "different angles", its not straight. the angle from which the picture was taken, made the right side reflect this building to the right.

yeh, really cool. my favourite house in munich !!

Well the pic is not edited (besides that i lightened up the square where you see the reflection of the couple a bit). To be honest I cant even tell you why the right side is so dark ... I cant remember what was there and how the reflection was created. It is definitely not a simple shadow
Ill try to find some more images of this house (I remember it was some kind of opera sidehouse in Munich), maybe it clears up - now you made ME nosey about this detail

Cheers for the comment!

interesting shot, is there an obviously reason that i'm missing, as to why most of the windows are pink? i can see its a reflection of what ever is in fron though can't account for the cut off, of colour to the right, over the tree. anyways i do like shots like this, not only do you get a shot of a builing but its surroundings too at the same time!
