Gotta go fastTried out a slightly more stylized look for this That would be the reason for the tail being blocky btw :v
I just realized this is the exact same angle and stuff as the animation I did of Amaterasu running hahahaaa I think this one came out a bit better though, at least smoother

Like others have said, it's very smooth, but you missed the curving motion of the wolf's spine when it runs, and it's mouth should probably be open a little. Other than that, nice work

Great job, especially on the legs. My only critique would be that the spine should bend as it runs, not just tilt, and the wolf's body appears to be elongate due to the torso and head shifting forward while the hips move backwards.

A-mazing! The anatomy seems in check, though I am no expert. XD The running is smooth, and at a steady pace. ^w^ Seems very realistic, even for a cartoonish style, and very well coloured and animated. Though, the tail seems a bit odd, seeming rectangle-ish. But, in all, amazing.

nice, very smooth animation!
The only thing i would change about it is the accuracy of it. it seems as though the wolf literally stretches as it extends it's legs. Also, you might want to consider adding an eye blink so that it doesn't look so unnatural on a loop.
Also, not involving this animation, you might want to try a drawing style with thinner lines. When drawing tight features, like the face, it can make it look squished and possibly too small for the body. It also leaves the impression that the nose is supposed to look like that similar to a horse, you might want to make the nose bigger and more connected to the lines.
The shoulder also seems to slide down the wolf as it runs. you might want to stableize it more.
Also, not bashing your drawing style, but the fur lines should stick out. When i first watched this, i got the impression that they were scars. The tail is also noticeably anatomically incorrect.
Again, not trying to put you down, just giving advice!
