Description
The people who have the most authority to make decisions that affect the rest of us, seem to be the same people who are pretty much tired of the rest of us. I guess that's what happens when you offer to pay so much money, that anyone would say yes to the job even if they don't give a shit about the job.(part of a series of double-type/double-metaphor; hopefully destined for silk-screen printing)
