You know it honestly does not surprise me, the thing I post first before an actual commission is a doodle from a random idea that got done in a single night.

Anyways, that aside, the drink idea is kudos to Caffinated-Pinecone who did one for their original series's(?) as well. I considered doing either the drinks or the ornaments, but the friendos decided the drinks won in the end. So I just did the main crew [And, in top left to bottom right order, they are]

-Azuro is a...margarita? Mimosa? Orange juice? Whatever is fucking tropical dude. It might just be some Areinian fruit and I'm just too lazy to be specific or anything. Added an umbrella for 1. aesthetic and B. color palette (because some of these you may notice aren't the "most" obvious to characters. I went for aesthetic, not necessarily color palette.)

-Inx was REALLY difficult, ngl. I gave up on what drink she was exactly (because 90% of them didn't exist in the mid-1800s) so it's probably just water in a fancy old-fashioned glass. Still pretty, though. And pretty mysterious.

-I went for a big jug yet a fun drink with Bash, because while he is...well, Bash, and particularly Arrogant Bash for a good while at first, he's also got a heart of gold and the perfect ratios to turn into a himbo (pure of heart, broad of chest, dumb of ass). And holy shit would he die for ice cream.

-Celesta's is...probably the MOST obvious of the pack here. I mean I wasn't going to pass up opportunity for "sparkly magic shit in a glass". In all honesty though, that is probably either sweet tea or grape juice. It just has a certain magical flare to it, I guess.

-Penn's mug is definitely a weaker one here but kind of for a reason? Like you can tell it's well-loved and sorta second-hand or just old. And damaged. Is she gonna get that fixed? Who knows honestly. But hey, it works well enough.

-Spade is the other "kinda weak" of the pack and it's actually more because I was already on to coloring when I got a better idea for a mug design. So while I do really love the Moonchild thing and the theme of naturey and nightowl and all that, I think Spade would fit a NASA mug just as well. So either or, those would be exchangeable. And I added marshmallows last-minute because it just tied together the camper vibe.

-Paige's was among one of the easiest (next to Azuzu up there) simply because she has a very clear "vibe" in my mind and it's very shabby-chic and fancy in a simpler way, not over the top exactly but almost fairytale-esque. You can't blame her, with her head in a book most of the day.

I was extremely tempted to do other characters too (like Hera or Kleid, even some characters I haven't revealed yet and am itching to finally make and release) but, for the sake of wanting to get this out quickly, I just kept it to the Main Caravan.

I know since this is literally my first upload here anyone who doesn't know me or know Paper Guard is just gonna be like "huh?" but rest assured if I don't start taking the piss out on DA again, I'm gonna try to re-create something of a gallery here for the series. Because it is, very much, a series. And I'm 10,000 words in for the time being so like, hang onto your shit.

Sorry for the rambles, I forget it's not as easy to sit with text walls on here vs Tumblr. Tumblr lets me be weird lol
