I saw the ref picture for the this at "Fantasy Stock" and it mentioned wings, so I instantly thought of making her into some kind of robotic angel as thats a style I'm messing with currently. So I painted on some wings after doing some research and painted her up as an armoured angel sitting upon a throne high above a cityscape!! all done in photoshopI did start saving pics with the intention of writing a tutorial but things kinda got too complicated to explain

If you get a chance could you explain to me how you do clouds like that....I have a piece I am working on where 2 brothers (twins) are on the page, one is good and one is Evil, I want the clouds to go from fluffy good stuff to thunderous clouds on the other side.....Hope that makes sense.
All help would be appreciated.
