Moonlit bay:We were sailing along
Along on the moonlight bay
We could hear the screams ringing
We heard them and they seemed to say:
"You have stolen my heart
You have taken my life
Don't leave me
Don't go away"
As we sang the conqueror's songs
old terrible songs on the moonlight bay
We were sailing away
Sailing away from that moonlit bay
We could hear the voices whisper
And they seem to say:
"I have lost my heart
I have lost my soul
Please do not let it end like this
Please do not forsake me now"
Then it was still
Life was easy there on the moonlight bay.
