I really screwed up on that last panel. Oh well, "pretty art" was not the purpose of this anyway.Go to google images and type in "shark finning" or "kfc chickens". Just do it and you'll see my reasons for making those some main points in this.

Like hippos, they became endangered and they're needed because their dung provides practically an entire environment for other animals.

The message that this comic is trying to imply makes sense, and its done in a nice way as well (seeing how there are some people who are easily angered that are not exactly willing to listen to everyone who use true facts). Good job on both the comic, and the purpose of it.

I agree with this. I admit I do love wolves but there are other animals out there. Komodos are my favorite reptile and I would definately hate to see them go. And lets not forget the tiger population.

Most of them live horrid live before being slaughtered and many more are fully conscious after being bled out, which involved getting their throats slit while fully awake in most cases.

It's not all bullshit. Pretty much all their documentations of various slaughter houses, laboratories, and other things that animals are used for are pretty spot on and could be safe to say, 80% accurate.

Though reading through the comments, it seems this is not the KFC catastrophe everyone is referring to. In which case you might wanna read that link anyway. Every fastfood restaurant gets it's meat from the same supplier (Yum!) meaning all the chickens in every fast food restaurant are treated that way.
I am not by any means applauding the way the animals are treated. I actually dislike it a lot but if your bashing KFC, you should bash every fast food resturant(or most of the more main ones like Burger King and McDonalds).
Also, I've raised the same exact chickens as what they are raising in the fast food industry and they get so fat and overweight they don't need a lot of space. They can barely walk. They take a couple steps and just fall down. Plus, the way they kill them isn't too bad(from what I've heard). It's not a huge deal if they are strapping them down, once the neck gets wrung they are dead. They moving around and flipping out after they die is reflexes. What I don't like about it is that they are so crowded they can barely lay down or move. They are in huge chickens houses with thousands of chickens.
This is what they have [link] if your curious. Notice how fat it is. That one is actually probably around 5-7 pounds which is small for one. Some are 10 pounds. See how big the legs are? They are bigger than a normal chicken's legs and they can barely support the bird.

Oh, well, I wasn't aware the all the meat came from the same supplier. That's new to me. So, while now knowing that, I'm not only bashing KFC anymore. Also, I agree with you. They shoudn't be stuffed in small places with them being so huge like that.

Well, I've actually heard Burger King has it's own supplier. I would have to look into that but that's what I've heard.
It's actually not a small place it's a larger area but there is still way too many chickens in that small area. Plus, with the huge amount of chickens in the area they fight so they clip the rooster's spurs, the pointy part of the beak and maybe their nails so they don't hurt each other. I don't eat at KFC usually but every know and then(Maybe 5-6 times a year) I do.
