I love how the positioning of the arms/hands adds to the expression.

I like this! Good composition, although there might be too much space above the head. That maybe just my personal preference talking...
Also, I'm not sure if the noise is intentional, or not. It looks like it was, and it's actually very cool. It could make the statement that there is "noise" in that which you are evaluating, a lack of perfection in the world you see outside your window, and it affects your inner world, the one we see in the shot.
And, I love the empty space behind the figure. The dim light is done well there, and again, it's representational of the piece's theme. I'd make the full-view a bit smaller because it's hard to take the whole thing in on my computer screen, but I wouldn't want you to lose the colorful noise...

I think is a great shot with a nice concept dear but the photo has a lot of noise maybe this is the only problem to my eyes, because the model is well positioned and I told you the concept is beautiful
