You need to have Photoshop to use these actions. Doubleclick the ATN file then go into your Actions panel (Window > Actions). Play the "Play All Effects" action then pick an effect from your History panel (Window > History). They're really easy to use!

Y'know, not only are these very usefull for pictures, they're also a tool for helping in designing! Im talking about designing the skin on meshes, characters, game objects, presets, and all the gloriousness of trying to change the mood.
