I noticed the "How to install" Link was error-ed out (maybe it was just me) , but i figured it out myself. So if anyone else is wondering, i put it in here : Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2015\Presets\Brushes
All i had to do to figure it out was view the file extension (.abr) and then go into the Program Directory and then type in the extension in Search. Which would then show me any file with that particular extension. Find the lcoation of that file and boom.
