When Charolete from Gold Digger was first introduced, she was a random Harpy bio-weapon that sprouted from a pellet. Penny Pincer took her in and started raising her. At first, Charolete's name was "Tweatie"This is fan art of her, and by the name, that escentially dates itself. This is also a wing studdy.
