The lighter brown on her back *bottom layer, but not the tan* It's bigger than the two darker colors.

it's simply 'a way of doing something' and that can't be copyrighted or owned by anyone
the only thing i see that's really upsetting is the character..which i know is the real reason people are bitching and it could be somewhat of a problem if blue cared..but she doesn't..so..fussing about it is rather pointless..

I don't mean to be offensive but may I ask why your fursona looks similar to Bluekyokitty's(i can't spell her username correctly >n<) Maybe try adding a necklace or stretch or drip the markings. Maybe use the same colours but in a different design.
