aaand so you know what's this about: my modern!AU cay, born in rich family and having all aspects of his future already planned, was living an empty life without a purpose; lots of drugs were taken, alcohol drunk, parties attended and one-night stands happend; and then, one night was worse than usual, so he took some pills and mixed with vodka trying to kill himself (◡‿◡✿)
and yeah, that liquid was supposed to be vodka (it's hard to draw sth that's transparent), but I guess it doesn't really look like it XD it can be anything else, really, it fits anyway hehe >)
