Ok, so in my head, Jemima is the daughter of the Rum Tum Tugger and Bombalurina. This is based on the fact that she sort of looks like them, plus her collar is similar to Tugger's, and also, in the video, I've noticed that during his song, he scratches her like under the chin and stuff several times.

So, anyway, this is basically Jem texting her dad and going "DADDY!!" and he's like, "What is it, sweetheart?" and then it turns into what you see here, with Etcy eventually snatching Jem's phone and going crazy with it when she because she knows who Jem is texting, and well, we all know that Etcy is Tugger's biggest fan!
