He spends his time watching people in stillness.

The tear forming from the corner of a lady's eye.
A young boy's first taste of chocolate ice-cream.
Businessmen shaking hands in agreement.
Passerbys looking at a performer's tools of the trade.
And individuals spread apart from the social norm.
But only this one slice of life is taken from time itself.

The man in white watches each second, time and time again.
For he never ages - living life like a memory, frozen in the moment.
In exchange, he watches over time itself go upon the world.
Bound by nothing but sheer isolation that time inflicts on him.
But everytime he touches a person willingly.
The man in white shows that person a flash of light - their whole life.

For only the father of time can bend it to his will.
