A skull-shaped whistle that produces a sharp shriek-like, or screaming sound, used by the Aztecs during wars or ceremonies, or even acted as guidance to the deceased on their journey to the afterlife. The whistle also said to be dedicated to the wind god Ehecatl
I heard there are many different shapes and variant about those death whistles, but so far, those are the only models I can find to came up with. Not to mentioned that they may have different colors, or even having patterns as well.
