Got myself into Postal series recently, even it's been a long time I've played the 2nd of the series. Although I think I'm only played the demo ver. back there, until I'm able to bought the game on Steam, including the Paradise Lost.

A fish finder device, called "Bass Finder", but the "B" is nearly missing.
It supposedly used to find fish, however, it actually detects people. Red "fishes" are people who are attacking the user, yellow "fishes" indicate people alerted of the user's actions, and white "fishes" are normal, unaffected people.
The device has three expansions to upgrade the experience: one that detects law enforcement organizations, one that detects armed and potentially dangerous NPCs, and one plays a mini-game featuring a large fish named "Chompy".

Include the Health Pipe , a smoking pipe item that restores amount of health to 125. However, after 400 seconds the user's heart rate will start to speed up and will eventually have a small heart attack due to withdrawal.
