Aka. "Kuribo's Shoe" (in PRG0 English NES release)
It's a large, green-colored boot with a wind-up key sticking out of the back of it. They're mostly worn by Shoe Goombas (Goombas ion the Shoe), wearing the shoe will allows the users to hop across spikes easily and sharp-toothed or spiky enemies.
The shoe also appears in Super Mario Maker series, along with their Stiletto variant
