Aka. Wanderer's Plasmatic Combat, a plasma rifle that can be used by both space troopers and the wasteland dwellers. It also can be handmade as well, despite the firepower isn't powerful...Got the idea by combining several blaster rifles from Star Wars series, and my attempt of mixing the E-11, E-5, and the F-11 together. The plasma cell magazine is loaded underneath of the rifle instead of the side like the originals, though I could make the magazine as battery cells like the laser guns from Fallout 4's instead...
