11/28/23 - Sign ups for the even have now closed.

Those who have signed up will be contacted within the next week by one of the organizers for your Secret Santa partner, so keep an eye out for those! As always, if you have any questions or concerns please contact the organizer that gives you your Secret Santa partner!

Fujiwara-no-Moko and I are excited to announce that we will be holding an MMD Secret Santa event this holiday season!!

If you are interested, please see the details below and comment if you wish to join!

Participation:
To participate, leave a comment including at least 3 of your interests. Feel free to also specify what characters and ships you like, or if you have any specific request or a scene in mind - this will narrow down your partner's choice and make it easier for them to make your gift!
Also please mention if you would like to be a volunteer Santa - make another gift for another user, in case their partner drops out.

Deadline:
The deadline to sign up is November 28th, and gifts will be exchanged on December 25th. One of the organizers will contact you on November 30th with the name of your partner and their interests. On December 22nd we will contact you again to remind about the event and check on your progress. In case you have questions or need the extension period (see below), be sure to contact the organizer that sent you the original partner message.
*If for some reason you need to drop out entirely, please let one of us know as soon as possible so we can prepare something for your partner.
Should you need an extension, let the organizer that contacted you know and you will have extra days to get things together and send your gift (The final deadline being December 31st).
If you miss the extended deadline without previously notifying us that you want/need to drop out, it may prevent you from participating in future gift exchange events.
If you did not receive your gift after the 31st, be sure to let us know so we can prepare something for you or contact a volunteer Santa. That way no one is left without something!
