That does seem like Selphie to be stoked about lost in the Time Compression. And to come up with words like "Superly" (is that a thing she says in the English version of the game? I don't remember, but it should be if it's not).

I always find it a bit odd how many people picture Quistis as romantically interested in Squall and being jealous of Linoa, then I remember that the French version, the one I grew up with, drastically downplays the ambiguity of her feelings and does away with almost any hint of her being in love with him (although even in the English version, I never felt like she was ever supposed to outright love him, more like she was unsure if her feelings were friendship, sisterliness or love).
