I can't get enough of those flying monkies (, my pretty) (... and your little dog too!)
Sorry, once I started, I couldn't stop. What I had intended to say was that this is a magnificent work and, though I find the Christmas aspect of the card elusive, I do admire the technique and execution most fully.

It has nothing to do with Christmas except that my client wants it for her cards.

Nicely done and also very creative image for the subject. Don't care for lawyers (who does?) but I guess they're not ALL bad. At least this one has good taste in artists.

huh, this is quite appropriate since I just served on a jury today. There was a really cool mural of "Lady Justice" inside the Courthouse ([link] ) which has really cool architecture by the way.
What an interesting way to capture this idea...

Cool idea. Usually I don't see lawyers as defenders, at least they aren't viewed that way around here. This painting is very noble in it's portrayal of the balance of justice and protection. I like that not only are there oppositions in the scale, but also outside it.

This is really interesting! I like the idea of working her profession into the piece, it's very creative, and of course very unique. I love all the beautiful little details in the piece, most especially the woman with the sword holding her book in her hand. Nobody else had as beauitful of Chirstmas cards as her, I bet.
