Nice...This has the feel of a vivid dream! I like the color transition from hues of green to blue. This is beautiful and creative. I look forward to seeing them all.

You've captured the watery, fluid nature of Cancer so well here. It's also really original and whimsical too. Love it

I've always been a little disapointed with Cancer representations I've seen in the past. I've seen many representations of a bright red crab where the other Zodiac symbols have been given new and creative twists. This is just the twist on the Cancer representation I've been craving! Thanks for representing! This captures the strength,inner beauty and calm that I hope for in my life... though my nuturing side is more inclinded toward fuzzy animals than small children. >.<

Yes finally a pretty peice of Cancer art work. It's so hard to find nice artwork for my zodiac sign. Because it's a crab, and crabs aren't considered pretty.
Intresing fact another name for a "Cancer" is "Moon Child."

Hmm well I'm just getting old now! so I don't need an excuse! and things aren't alright and I don't know how I really feel lately! I think my sister is dying! and she was the youngest in the family to go but I don't know what is happening yet! and I'm not sure how I feel about it! execept for being a little nervous about it right now! she's a single mom and has a 15 or 16 year old son! Her Brother will probably finish raising him. its worse for my parents We weren't that close. and it was expected she is morbidly obese and on oxygen the past couple of years. and her mother died young. I'm not looking forward to going to a funeral

Death has been in my thoughts a lot lately. Or rather life has been, and LIVING... My dad's health took a turn for the worse just last fall and he's no longer able to work and spends much of his time in bed wallowing in self-pity. My step-father, who has all the same health problems, but seemed in good health, still working, etc., collapsed on the walk home from work early last month, hit his head, and never woke up. It's been an eye-opener for me because I can't just go on as normal now, ya know? So... um... where were we? OH! I think there's a little quote somewhere that goes something like, "Expect to live forever, but live as if you'll die tomorrow." {{{hugs}}}

Flash-13 In reply to bunnykissd [2009-09-03 16:37:00 +0000 UTC]
Well this was sort of expected but death Is not usually a welcome customer! of course we believe she will be better off! and none of us are promised tomorrow! there's also a saying Pray like it all depends on God and Work like it all depends on you!
sorry about your loss! you know I think there are 5 stages of death I think I'm still in the first two Shock and denial! but Life still goes on for the rest of us! and I've never been emotional about death! but thats probably cause I spent most of my life alone!
