I love it! Good luck with the contest. Those characters are awesome, really imaginative. I like the colouring in spots, like the green background that fades up, and the colouring on Hideous Al (is that hideous al?). I think maybe the purple should be changed to something else, it looks a bit... off.

Woh ! I loved the last one without color, but really this is something ! Really nice colors! I like the contrast between the bright colors of the big one compared to the "creatyres" surrounding him ! It's really great , i wish for more great halloween art from you !
