So imagine an AU where Shard is organic and these two are actually brothers.Imagine an AU where Shard was born with a very weak body and couldn't stand on his own without braces and crutches.
Imagine an AU where Shard eventually got robotic arms and legs so that he could do whatever he wanted without limitations.
Imagine an AU where he and Sonic don't exactly get along because Shard is extremely jealous and impressionable (meaning Scourge [who is also a brother in this AU] and Robotnik turned him against his older sibling).
