how she got her cutiemark:
when star was young she always loved looking at the stars with her parents, she wanted to catch a star but her parents always told her she couldn't, it was impossible, they were too far away! of coarse she didn't believe them. one night while stargazing, she shot herself into the sky to try in an attempt to grab one. her parents tried to catch her, and their chase quickly turned into a game of tag. she flew as fast as she could to avoid her parents, until she eventually grew tired and let her parents catch up to her. once they landed they all noticed her new cutiemark.
occupation:
Astronomer. she helps her parents study the stars, though she loves flying and has dabbled the idea of trying out for the wonderbolts.
