Millie had, of course, taken the first shot. Her pie had hit Ronbo right in the face, and after she had tossed her pie, all the other more hesitant kids started throwing pies as well. Whipped cream and aluminum tins flew through the air wildly, some missing their target by several feet but most hitting him in his limbs, chest, and stomach. It was chaos. Beautiful, barely-controlled, sweet creamy chaos.
