I still don't 100% know what Shiver's gender is officially supposed to be even ~4 months after the game's come out. I can't find any information about this that is directly translated from Japanese, and while we do have an official source saying that Shiver is a woman, that source is Nate Bihldorf, the same guy responsible for turning Vivian cis and trying to scrub Pearlina from canon by reframing them as extremely close besties, so you can understand why I don't exactly trust him to be truthful with that! (: So then! Nonbinary Shiver still stands in my book! And even if it does come out that the devs did mean them to be her...there are plenty of nonbinary people who use "she" in their pronoun collection so it would still work in that case too! You can't tell me what to do, Nintendo Treehouse!!! >:3(the bi part is pure headcanon hehe)
