Anyway, he was a child, and was murdered in a copy-cat style murder somewhere else. He was put inside this dog suit, and given to Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria when the restaurant he used to be was closed down due to the missing child/ murder inquiry. He's the mascot of the first aid station in the restaurant, and is programmed to locate crying children.
During the night, he takes a while to start moving, and with basically station himself outside the office. He won't come in if you stay quiet. He has no facial recognition system, so he will only come for you if he hears you.
