Apparently I deleted the original out of my gallery a long time ago. I don't remember doing that, but either I'm blind or I can't find it. At any rate, I wanted to update it with a new/fixed version (lately, my one of my friends has called me George Lucas... not sure how I feel about that). It had so many problems, still does, but I wanted to make it at least fairly a touch better.Retouching these older pieces has been a fun/nice break in between commission work for people. it's also just fun to play with the older pieces!

Oh wow! The difference is huge but it looks really good! And the subtle differences of the facial expressions too is awesome. If they're not sitting by each other, I'd never figure out what was so different about them.

the older work was nice, but there is so much more detail in this version, its amazing! I love that you let us see the side by sides

Wow, That is more than awesome! I thought it looked great and then checked the side by side view and loved it even more, the first one looked great and very much like the anime versions, the second is suitably creepy and would never make anyone think of Alucard as anything like a sparkly vampire.

I have to say, I have always admired your art for a very long time. This piece would be a welcome addition to anyone's art portfolio. Very well done, expressions, the colors, I love all of it.

I love seeing the old vs new that you are doing, it shows how much you have improved. you have amazing control of facial expressions now, and your style has developed into something completely unique, a style you can proudly call your own. :3
