Goodness, this is wonderful. Im not sure how constructive I can be here. I honestly dont think you need to change anything. Still lets give it a go.
First of all I will say what I like about this piece. Your colour, brushwork and soft lines really work well. They make the piece look soft, pretty and cute. Very fitting for the character! Nebby is a cutie and you captured him well.
As I said I dont think the is much you should change but it might be fun to experiment with lighting. Since its such a bright shiny thing it might be nice to see more contrast. So the image would twinkle and pop more.
Over all though I think this is pretty perfect.
