Beatrix: "Oh, don't you 'hmph' at me. If I hadn't cursed you, you wouldn't have met that lovely girl. You wouldn't even bother to change your old ways. You would've remained an incorrigible, insolent, and spoiled prince for the rest of your life."Lazarus: "Please, don't call me that. I'm not like that anymore..."
Beatrix: "Correct, and because of my discipline, you've transformed to become who you are today. If you think about it, your curse was a blessing in disguise!"
Lazarus: "It was also very painful."
I imagined a scenario that years after the curse was lifted, the Enchantress would all of a sudden appear to Prince Adam to check on him, you know, to be sure he wasn't acting like a jerk anymore. Adam, seeing her presence, would again be reminded of that moment she cursed him. Then, they would have this conversation.
Why not draw it with Beauty and The Wendigo?👍😊
Overall, the result was great. Beatrix did actually have a point.
