Figured i could introduce another Bluey OC of mine.
This is Charles, the big brother of Bluey and Bingo and their baby sister Cleo.

Fun facts about him:
He's gay and has a boyfriend in Chloe's big brother Patch (another OC of mine). Thankfully, both Charles and Patch's families are supportive.
Just like Bluey, he's also a rainbow baby that Chilli had after going through a miscarriage. She then had two more before finally having Bluey, and later Bingo. Five years later, she had Cleo.
Is a very doting big brother to his younger sisters.
