Merida, the princess of DunBroch, shall be featured in my first artwork of this year! I wish you a Happy New Year!

The bravery of Merida inspired me to make this artwork. Merida is quite a unique character in general. She's the first character in Disney Princess who came from Pixar. She's also the first one in Disney Princesses to be based neither on a literature or historical figure. In the making of her movie, the studio pioneered a method to render curly hair, which was a big step in the world of 3D animating.

I'm starting to grow fond in drawing humans. I draw anthro animals often, but drawing humans feels good too.
